Dear Mind – solving a human problem

To help reframe the mental health conversation and spur protective behaviours, Khemistry recruited the inner voice to provide note-to-self narratives. The integrated campaign featured a range of above and below the line media, including TV commercials and activation partnerships.


Pandemic-proofing a national carmaker

When Malaysia’s first Covid-19 lockdown disrupted national car company PROTON’s 2020 marketing plan, GrowthOps Asia swiftly developed and implemented a new marketing strategy, sustaining and building PROTON’s sales, overtaking a competitor and recording its highest monthly sales in 8 years.

Behavioural design delivers mo’ users

The Movember Foundation wanted more people to download their app and raise funds for their global men’s health campaign. Through user-centred design GrowthOps Digital dramatically improved the user experience, skyrocketing downloads and positive reviews, and a 40% increase in unique IOS users.


Catch – making everyday Aussies famous

Catch puts their customers first, so it made sense to turn them into everyday heroes made famous through the products they’ve bought on Catch. Demonstrating the wide variety of products available, the campaign also showcased the online retailer’s irreverent, distinctive Aussie personality.

Big 4 bank grows leaders’ capabilities by 50%

Dubbed ‘Motivate’, the customised, organisation-wide culture change program has been delivered to over 6,000 people leaders to improve their capability, behaviours and performance, and it’s now compulsory for all new leaders. Participants consistently give it a 90%+ evaluation score.
