Louise is an organisation development and HR leader with a broad range of senior leadership experience in commercial, not-for-profit, tertiary and government sectors.
Before joining GrowthOps, Louise was the Executive Director, People & Culture at The Australian Film, Television and Radio School. Prior to this she was the Head of Organisation Development and Learning at Sydney Opera House.
Louise’s other experience includes working as a Senior Consultant with organisations in health, retail, construction and local government to assess learning and organisation development needs.
Louise holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature & Language from Salford University, a Graduate Certificate in Arts Management from the Australian Institute of Music and an MBA in Strategic Human Resource Management from RMIT. She is also a Non-Executive Director for Youth Homelessness Charity, Caretakers Cottage, and an Advisory Board Member for A2K Media, a Production Company focused on improving equity, access and inclusion for people with disability in the screen and broadcast sector.
