Gabrielle Schroder is a business leader with a track-record of business growth. As Practice Lead, Gabrielle leads the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership – the Institute that coaches people and organisations to higher levels of performance.
Gabrielle has a successful business career spanning 25 years. She joined IECL in 2019 after 10 years in a variety of leadership roles with the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), most recently as Head of the AICD’s Board Advisory Practice. An experienced director and business executive, Gabrielle builds businesses and advises boards and executive teams on leading growth, performance and sustained value.
Gabrielle is a Fellow and graduate of AICD, a Fellow of the National Heart Foundation of Australia and holds an MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM). She is also a Member of the Education Advisory Committee to the 30% Club in Australia, an organisation dedicated to improving diversity on Australian boards.
