Fergus founded FORWARD in 2012 and led the agency to become one of Australia’s most awarded creative public relations agencies.
He started his career client-side and has senior marketing experience from Unilever, Kellogg and Yahoo!
Making the switch to agency-side, Fergus worked as a Senior Strategy Planner at Leo Burnett in London, Sydney and Tokyo and as General Manager at Hill+Knowlton Strategies in Sydney.
In December 2022, Fergus was inducted as a Fellow of the Public Relations Institute of Australia
